i made an example by using black ninja
1. first, of course go to photoshop, chose the image and open that image
2. second, if you already open that picture, go to image.
adjustments, choose shadow/highlight
3. you can set at there. how white that you want
to make that black into white, you can add amount of shadow and tonal width into 100%
if that is not enough
you can do that again
